Working with clients on content is a very personal experience. We understand when we take on a client at our agency, it is a very vulnerable experience. 

When Laetitia Andrac came to us for support she was working full-time and building her side hustle, Essential Shift. While she was navigating social media, she wanted to stand out. Be known for her work and be guided on how to share her message authentically.

What is the business and what do they do?

When did they engage in Content Queen Mariah’s Services? 

During the 2020 COVID-19 Pandemic, Laetitia Andrac arranged a discovery call with us after deciding to build her plan to go full-time in her business. 

As part of her business strategy, she knew marketing was an area in her business she needed to outsource to reach her business goals. Laetitia also  knew content marketing was not her zone of genius at the time but a must have for her vision.

What challenges was Laetitia /Essential Shift facing when they started working with Content Queen Mariah? 

Laetitia was working full-time as a General Manager for a leading firm and had no time to show up on social media or create engaging content. She felt it wasn’t in her zone of genius and with limited time to work on her business she needed more support to be seen in the online world. 

Her goals were to grow online, build brand awareness and exit her full-time job in the 6 month time period. 

Laetitia also found it challenging to navigate what were the right channels for her business and how to share her story. She found it hard to share her own stories and to talk about herself online. 

What has the journey been like working with Content Queen Mariah? 

Because Laetitia didn't have the time to create content herself, we started working on blog content. This allowed us to build on a long-form channel. 

The blogs would link to her mailing list or her core offerings and her social media was used to generate traffic to her blog. 

Above was the strategy we used for Laetitia. 

Within 3 months we had tripled her website traffic. 

After 6 months her social media following grew x4 (540%) and with all the space and time she had from not creating content, Laetitia was able to build on her leads, stay in her zone of genius (by delivering outstanding results for her own client), developing innovative offerings and go full-time in her business in March 2021 (all part of her 6 month goal). 

Once full-time in her business Laetita has been able to grow her coaching business into a multiple 6+ figure business serving clients through a range of different services. 

Since working with Laetitia we have helped her start a podcast, build her mailing list and start on Pinterest.

What has Laetitia been able to do with the extra time? 

Laetitia has been able to go on multiple holidays and have breaks from her business since working together - going to France for 4 to 6 weeks in 2022 and 2023. 

She has also been able to spend more time with her husband and two girls, go on retreats, host her own retreats, write a book (campaign support seen below) and create new offerings that have helped her business grow while impacting others in their own business journey. 

Most importantly, Laetitia has had space for herself. 

This has all played a big role in the growth of her business, which is growing year on year.

Light It Book Launch Campaign: Just Light It  

Laetitia engaged us to work with her on the launch of her new book: Light It. 

The marketing campaign (built with Campaign Del Mar) “Just Light It” was a multi-channel campaign where we executed the content marketing execution.
