So I'm assuming you have looked at my website, maybe some social media, so you have an idea of what I do. Basically I write, whatever you need writing, we can work together to bring your thoughts into the written form.
I wanted to kick off the launch of my new website by introducing myself and introducing the business and what Content Queen stands for.
So, I am Mariah - dreamer, writer, traveller, motivator and creator, I love to share stories and help others share their own story. I hold a degree in public relations and journalism. Currently I have 4 years and counting paid experience in the industry (around 5 all up, some unpaid).
My strengths are researching and digesting content so it is relatable and easy to understand by all readers - yes I love research. But I also have a strong background on Content Marketing and helping businesses show up with the content THEY LOVE.
I've formed Content Queen at the beginning of 2019 on the back of a side hustle I formed writing casually for people online. Now I want to bring my talents to life and share them with you through Content Queen, because after all, content is EVERYWHERE! We need content to communicate as an individual and as a business to share a message.
So why writing? Why do I love to write? Well, as I discovered my life's purpose is to "inform and educate the world" and my platform to inform and educate is via writing.
Enough about me, what about Content Queen. Who is Content Queen and why is it so unique?
Content Queen has six unique features that are key to setting this business apart from any other content creation business, want to know more?
Well, here we go....
1. Content Queen is an independent storyteller - with a personal style to share a message and tell a story to engage.
2. Relatable - we aren't all perfect and we shouldn't be, all we need to do in life is SHOW UP and be there to share our message.
3. Being mindful and BELIEVING IN YOU (as well as the brand) - we have all made it this far, so why stop now? Be mindful of the world around us and show it in your message, at Content Queen, it is shown in writing!
4. Open minded and ambitious - I understand everyone has a story to tell and a message to share in the way they want to tell it, Content Queen have the ambition to tell your story while at the same time working with you to create and transform content.
5. Timely communication - communicate and respond to all the opportunities you wish to provide and at the same time have a mission to provide you with the same opportunities to develop and grow, it is all about being open but honest.
6. Resourceful - as mentioned research is key! The depth of research and the ability to ask the right questions will ensure your work is exactly where you want it!
