This is episode 240, and I'm talking all about the framework that helped me create endless content. Welcome to the Content Queen podcast. I'm your host, Mariah, entrepreneur, storyteller, digital nomad, creator of Content Bootcamp, and founder of Content Queen. I'm here to teach you how to share your unique story, create content, and market your business with strategy through the channels that work for you.

Each week, I'll deliver a story to help you connect to a powerful strategy around marketing, business, and content creation. I'm I will also be joined by amazing selves and entrepreneurs who are here to share their own journey, along with actual steps to help you take your business to a whole new level through amazing storytelling, powerful and marketing and content strategy.

Hello, happy, whatever day it is while you're listening to this. Now I've decided I'm going to do more bite sized quick episodes for everyone because I think they just. You know, we all don't have a lot of time. So if you can take something and roll with it, that's what I want you to do. And then of course, when we have guests on those episodes are a little bit longer because we love to hear guest stories.

So I'm talking all about a framework that helped me create endless content. And I think this is to really get you thinking off the back of our guest episode last week to think about frameworks and how they can support you in your business. And I thought I would share my own journey with creating my own framework and then sort of the things that you could use this for to help you create endless.

And before we do jump into that, I just want to mention that content bootcamp is our signature course. And that is based off this framework. So if you are looking for content marketing strategy and a really easy way to digest it, content bootcamp is for you. And off the back of it, you end up with a content marketing strategy that can help you create that connection and that conversion with your audience.

And plus it saves you a lot of time. Even clients that I've started working with who, um,  you know, just think about all of their channels separately. And we've sort of aligned them all together and created this really awesome funnel. They're like, Oh my God, this is amazing. So that is something that content bootcamp will help you with as well.

So basically it was 2022. I was going on a retreat and within this retreat, I wanted to work on content bootcamp because it was kind of a course that I had developed and then didn't do so much with, um, And didn't, you know, actively make it better and juicier. And I had the strategy in my mind. I knew the strategy I worked with on my clients.

So what we did is we sat down in this retreat with the mentor, shout out to Leticia Andrak from Essential Shift. And I'm sure she does this. Yes, she does this retreat every year and she'll have one coming up. So I might pop the link in the show notes. If you're in Australia, or if you want to travel to Australia and go on a retreat, this was really transformative to me.

So I will share the link in the show notes so you can check it out.  And what we did is when we were developing bootcamp, she said to me, well, why don't we put it into some kind of framework that will allow you to sort of go through those modules and build out the course. And so we built out content and we went through and everything that I do in my seven step process, which was five, but I had to build it out because there was some unique parts that were missing.

And then we're able to create the content acronym, which I just think makes it a lot easier for me to remember. But as Amanda said, acronyms are not always the best. So. You don't want to force it to fit, but if it fits, that's amazing. And basically when you have a framework, a process and your core teachings, then you really never run out of content ideas.

And what you do do is go back around and sort of, you always develop and learn and grow on what you teach. You know, what I talked about in 2020 is, you know, similar concepts. Like I go over certain blogs, but then I've developed my learnings and my knowledge about these platforms and about marketing. So I'm able to further teach that.

So I'm going to take you through, um, how you could implement a potential framework into a content marketing strategy in sort of three areas. So the first one is, um, building a long form channel where you can sort of pull from this framework. So for example, content is C O N T E N T and each element represents a part of the strategy.

So basically each section becomes a theme. And I've seen this happen with people that create. Memberships and things like that. They kind of go through their framework and teach, and you can do the same thing with content. So for example, connect with your audience and vision. I could go, all right, for a month or for a quarter or for a week, whatever it looks like I can focus on that area and pick a topic within target audience work or marketing and content marketing goals.

I could do a podcast on that or a blog, anything. And that sort of helps me create that sort of long form piece that people can, you know, take away, look at, listen to, and get the most value from, and then I could kind of work my way through these. And I do this without being really regiment with it, but basically a lot of my content stems from what is in this framework.

And that's how I never run out of ideas because I always have that framework in my mind.  And the second thing is from that you can kind of pull it over into social media. So, not only can you break up the framework, but you can use the framework to build thought leadership. So, As I said, I can break up, like talk about the framework being my signature framework and sell that in my authority, um, as a thought leader in this space who has created this framework to help small business owners and entrepreneurs create a content marketing strategy that's not super overwhelming, that makes sense to them, it helps them save time, um, and really supports them on the success of their business and people that, um, Really want to see those results and they want to see the success in their business are really drawn and aligned with strategy because it helps them give them a pathway forward.

So I can one break up this framework similar to my podcast and repurpose that across social media. But then I can also use that framework to build thought leadership to say, Hey, I have this framework. I know what I'm talking about. It's not just, you know, and even when I Do content bootcamp or do strategy sessions.

We go through this framework. So it's not just getting on a strategy and just going, so what do you want to do? What do you want to work on? It's going through this and having the right solution for that client.  And then the third thing is I can build a profile across other people's platforms, but then also on my own website.

So basically this framework could get used to promote myself across other people's accounts and profiles and share, you know, I've been on lots of podcasts, sharing my seven step. Framework to content strategy and you know, if I ever pitch people, that's sort of what I go with. I also use this as a way to share with, um, you know, local governments or corporates.

This is my framework that I teach and it allows me to collaborate with them to share with them. And then, of course, I can potentially work with them in the future. But then also. You know, on my website, where can I share this framework to really build my expertise and my knowledge? And it does, you know, as Amanda says, build trust.

So basically, when I've looked at redoing my website, when I looked at my content bootcamp page,  I was really conscious of how I could add that framework in to make sense. And then now, as I'm going through different parts of my website, I'm not just adding, I have this framework, but I'm adding in things that show my expertise, which is part of this framework.

How I know. To connect with audience and vision, how I know to optimize channels and I have different marketing  things that sit with under this. For example, I have my workshop, which is a free resource. You can download it and, and learn more about this framework and that encompasses the whole framework.

And that is something that I offer for free. I also have a content quiz, which I'll put the link in the show notes for that as well. And that's all about the O, optimizing your channels, finding the right channels for you. So, and then I have a storytelling, um, workshop and quiz, and they underpin the tell your story and what you want to be known for, which is the T in the content quiz.

Uh, for, uh, in the content framework. So basically I'm using this framework to not only share it with people so I can collaborate with them, but I'm using it across my own marketing offerings, my website to really show that. I embody this, um, this framework in all of my work and what I teach with my audience.

So it becomes so many things and then you don't have to be pulling things from nowhere because you're really working towards this framework. Now you might have multiple in your business and that's fine, but for me it just made more sense because it really underpinned everything I do. So the content acronym framework is used in my strategy sessions.

It's used in my content bootcamp. It's, I have a workshop about it. I also have various elements from it that I've pulled out and created freebies, as I mentioned before.  And then everything that I do sort of comes back to this.  And there's times where you're not focusing on one and you're focusing on the other.

And also my membership is an extension of content bootcamp, which has resources and templates that align with the content acronym. So if you did bootcamp and you come over to the membership, which you get free month, three months for free, if you join, you're not like, Oh, this seems really different. It's very similar.

And yeah, you can really build your business around that framework and it's easier to market when you have this. So they were the three examples of how you could use a framework. I'd love to know if you have a framework in mind, you know, or you want to brainstorm one. Um, obviously not my expertise, but definitely, um, the expertise of Amanda, who was on our podcast last week.

And I recommend you check out that. So basically what was the outcome of me building this content acronym from that retreat is, as I said, I was able to.  You know, categorize podcasts, pitch to other people, create emails around this. I was able to have a process with my own clients, which I also built in my retainer offer to go through this acronym always, as we are creating a relationship together.

So it's not just always me delivering the work, but there's elements where I can use this framework to go, okay, where do we need to strengthen in the strategy? I think we need to connect more with the audience. I think we need to do more. Um, reviewing and measurement. So I can go back and use that with my one on one clients.

And it's just made my life easier. It honestly has. And then when it comes to the content, it's really a no brainer, but it's with a lot of things, what I offer, what I teach, when I pitch for workshops, when I go on podcasts. So  that's how a framework really helped me create endless content, not just content that I deliver on social media or on this podcast, but content that I deliver in my podcast.

Content that I deliver for workshops for podcasts, you know, in everything that I do. So I just wanted to share that because it's good to see it sort of unfold and how you could see it help someone else's business. Amanda had really practical tips, but I wanted to share how it's really helped me. And if you want to check out bootcamp or the workshop that use this acronym, The links are in the show notes.

The workshop is just an introduction to this acronym and bootcamp is going through it to create your own strategy. So I'd love to hear from you. Um, if you do have a framework and you want to think about how you could potentially use it, message me on Instagram at content queen Mariah, or, you know, if you're on the email list replied on email and let me know, but be a content queen or King, and remember that developing your strategy and story develops your business.
